Holanda in Brief

Though tulips, windmills, and bikes might immediately spring to mind, the Netherlands includes this and so much more in its undulating green countryside, almost all below sea-level. The liberal and happening capital of Amsterdam with its many canals and eccentric sights is only one of the vibrant modern European cities. Other cities like Rotterdam, Uttracht, Haarlem, and Delft offer excellent Dutch art and culture along with a myriad of friendly sidewalk cafes and pubs.
